Who We Are
The Chinese-American Higher Education Institute (CAHEI) is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit organization, established in 2016 and headquartered at 110 Wall Street, New York City. We are also a registered public charity in the State of New York, approved by the Internal Revenue Service.
From its founding, CAHEI has been recognized for its mission and values. At the time of our establishment, we received congratulatory letters from former Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing and Mr. Zhao Qizheng, former Director of the State Council Information Office, affirming our mission to foster educational and cultural understanding.
As an institution driven by the values of education, innovation, and cross-cultural understanding, CAHEI provides reliable, professional, and impactful programs that connect students, universities, and entrepreneurs across borders. Our work is supported by U.S. foundations, corporate sponsors, academic partners, and dedicated members of the community.
